Return & Exchange Policy:
We understand from once in a while there might be those situation that you might love the item you purchased but really doesn't work for you. So as a courtesy we can accommodate you to take the item back under following terms and conditions:
1: You may call for return authorization to send back a product which is un opened and factory sealed. You will be responsible for all shipping and transport charges plus applicable tax. If item is opened in any way, we will not accept the return. The item you send back will be send back to suppliers and if supplier refuse due to product being opened we will withhold the full amount of purchase.
2: You may call for return authorization to send back a product which you opened but did not like due to any reason except for being damaged. In this case you are welcomed to return it with 50% restocking fee plus applicable shipping fee and tax.
3: If item (s) damaged and you noted the damage on delivery slip while driver waiting, then we do have insurance. You do not need to return as we will put a claim with transport.
1: No custom orders are returnable, unless damaged which in that case we file claim with insurance.
2: No returns accepted if any item has broken factory seal.
3: No return will be accepted or processed without written RA number (Return Authorization Number).
