And other brand names and most Import Furniture, all come with one year manufacturer's warranty at manufacturer's discretion. This means that whatever the manufacturer policy is on warranty of their product will be transferred to consumers. This is good since all manufacturer’s like to keep their customers happy by either replacing the product or servicing it to customer’s satisfaction. Most suppliers offer various solutions to a problem with their product and they will at their discretion decide how it should be handled.
When your furniture arrives, please check and see if there are any major damages which can not be fixed by replacing parts. For example, you received a table, but one of the legs is broken. No need to send the whole table back. Let the drivers do their job and then send us an e-mail with a request to replace the leg. This way the service is done much faster and less problematic then exchanging the table again.
Most of our furniture parts are replaceable. We can send you drawers, doors; knobs, table legs, shelves, and even dresser tops can be easily removed and replaced. Sometimes you may only need a touch up marker to cover minor things. We will send you that too free of charge.
If however, you found that the item can not be fixed by part replacement, then send it back and we will replace it free of charge.
Manufacturers do not warranty natural wood grains and wood characteristic.
