Saber is really great to deal with and so helpful!

I ordered a Concordia wall unit with a fireplace. Great look for my new place and fantastic size for the odd length of condo walls. When it arrived, there was some damage, a problem with some of the hardware, and the wrong trim piece was shipped. I was a bit upset but Saber got right on top of the problem and was able to get me new pieces. When the new piece arrived, I could not remove the hardware from the old piece without breaking the hardware so he is having new hardware shipped directly to me. Even though I had issues, I highly recommend Berkshire Furniture. Good customer service can often be seen better by how a company solves problems and I am quite satisfied by my product and the attention Saber gave to me to solve my issues.

Outstanding service and quality. We ordered everything over the phone and was amazed how meticulously packaged it arrived. No damages whatsoever! I noticed there weren't much instructions though, so I called Berkshire and Saber guided me over the phone as to what to do. Needless to say, everything looks great. I recommend Berkshire without hesitation and look forward to doing business with them some more for the other rooms.
