They went though many ups and downs nearly being drowned like many North American manufacturers did back then. Somehow through strong will and implementation of new strategies the waves of Asian competition were not able to completely whip them out. Toronto Home Furnishings Show of 2010 ended with mixed response from retailers. There were so many importers with basically same stuff and everyone is competing to take a bite out of the retail market. Having similar line of furniture makes one wonder, if our importers ever have a say in original design of furniture they buy from Far East. Luckily though, they are good designs!
